Get a customized family plan with Family C0RE* home visits

Home visitors are here to support parents throughout their child’s early years. Whether the parents have concerns about a child’s development or just want someone to come alongside them as the family grows, there is a program suited for the needs of each family.

Find reliable childcare

We can help you find a dependable child care provider in your area through a network of licensed providers. Many of these providers are engaged in Oregon’s Quality Rating and Improvement System.

To receive referrals, call 211 or text “children” to 898211, 7 am to 11 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Help your child get ready for kindergarten

Make your child’s first day of kindergarten easier when they attend several half-days of school before the school year begins. It’s a great time to get to know classmates, teachers, bus drivers, principals and the cafeteria routine.

Connect with others

Our Partner Programs

The Early Learning Hub invests in several agencies to help support families. Find more information about each of these programs below.

Early Learning Hub Partner Programs

Child Care Resource & Referral’s mission is to promote quality childcare services by partnering with the community to offer education and support for families, businesses, and child care professionals in the Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties. CCR&R also works to build the supply of quality child care options in communities and collects data that impact local decisions and solutions to child care needs. CCR&R collaborates with other community partners regarding child care issues.

Creating Opportunities

Creating Opportunities is a community organization developed for the primary purpose of supporting families of children with developmental disabilities who live in Polk, Yamhill and Marion Counties. Creating Opportunities encourages families to maintain a positive outlook while acquiring knowledge and taking action to create and expand resources in their local community.

Head Start of Yamhill County

Head Start of Yamhill County provides services for children in a comprehensive, family-focused, early childhood development program that provides services for pregnant women and children from birth to age five. The cornerstone of the program is parent involvement and education, which are vital to reaching Head Start’s national goal of social competence for children of low-income families.

FACT Oregon

FACT Oregon empowers Oregon families experiencing disability in their pursuit of a whole life by expanding awareness, growing community, and equipping families.

A Family Place

A Family Place is a program of Lutheran Community Services that supports at-risk families by offering free professional home visiting, parent education and specialized preschool for children ages 0 to 5 – the time research shows these programs to have the greatest long term impact on children’s development.

Unidos Bridging Community

Unidos Bridging Community (Unidos) is a community-based, non-profit organization serving Yamhill County, Oregon. Established in 2012, it promotes the integration, participation, representation, and success of Latinx individuals and families in Yamhill County while building bridges of understanding and support among Latinos and non-Latinos.

Yamhill Enrichment Society

Yamhill Enrichment Society’s mission is to create access to literacy, music, and art programs for the youngest members of Yamhill County through programs such as the Imagination Library. Families who live in Yamhill County can sign up their children, ages 0-5, and each month a new, book will be mailed for free directly to their home. Click here to sign up for this program!
